With the balance of Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett, the Lakers look like the team that brought us three straight championships just a short time back. Two of the absolute best players in history have us absolutely blessed. Our Laker purple and gold is worn as royalty once again.

OH WAIT! Hold on, I forgot, Mitch Kupchak is the G.M. We're paying a great 6th man to be our third best player, and sorry, Andrew Bynum is not the next Kareem! We have no money to spend on players. Kobe Bryant is asking for a G.M., so he can do his job. Can we ditch Mitch and get Jerry West back, or do I have to beg like Kobe? Or do you want to hire me? We can do it like Ford, but we'll have to swap a G.M., and I'll bet all that I have, that i would do a better job than Mitch Kupchak. I think most Laker Fans feel this way, that's a huge, hugh problem we never had with Jerry West.
